It’s Your Story Unwritten…then {defined}.

Welcome and thanks so much for stopping by! I’m glad you’re here and as my Dad would say, “Take off your coat and stay a while.”

It’s Your Story.

We all have a story we want to tell the world and we want it to be heard for as far as our message can go. Life is about sharing, caring and creating a legacy. It’s living well in all we do, loving our friends, family and those around us. In the end, after all is said and done–we all have an innate desire to simply matter. To belong. To prove we were here.

Let me go a little further. I’ve had a camera in my hands since I was a little girl. My Dad first gave me a Polaroid and when he realized that the film packs were too expensive I was upgraded to a Kodak 110 Instamatic. I was busy taking photographs of my friends riding their bikes, how the water droplets landed on the grass from the sprinkler. I wasn’t taking images of him or our life as a 2 person family and I knew little about what life was like for him before I came along. When he passed away I was given a box of old photographs of my dear old Dad and for the first time I was shown what kind of man my Father really was. I saw the time and the history in each photograph that I looked at–cars from the 50’s and 60’s. Images from the time he served in the Army during the Korean War. Even images of him as a truant officer for the Washoe County Sheriff’s Department. (No wonder I couldn’t get away with anything when I was a teenager!) My point is, without that box of images, I wouldn’t have known who my father really was. I had a new found respect for the man that made me clean my room, do my homework and taught me how to cook a turkey dinner. It was stunning and as I looked at each image, my heart sunk a little bit more because I failed to ask the questions and to learn who he really was. Until that moment, I just didn’t know.

It’s Your Image.

We work hard, we strive to be the absolute best. We go the distance in our careers and our home life. In this day and age, we give ourselves permission to really LIVE. And we document all that we do like never before. This time of social media is important–it’s becoming our time capsule to our future generations. What will yours say about you? What story does your image tell on your behalf? We don’t always have control over how that story gets written. Does your professional image speak to your credibility as a member of your team, value as an employee, confidence in your decisions and future career goals? Are you one of those individuals that have a snapshot posted as your LinkedIn profile image? If your current image speaks to your true professional character, then I applaud you. If not, call me. We’ll get it right and create an image that sums up all you’d like it to say.

It’s Your Memory.

Kristi Church Media is about inspiration and living passionately while documenting events, milestones….and telling your story like never before. And.. that you mattered. Isn’t that what we all want?

Unwritten…then {defined}. If you’re ready to tell your story (and I hope you are or you wouldn’t be here), please call me, even if it’s just to say hello!
